The federal receiver appointed to ensure the government of Guam's compliance with the Ordot consent decree has announced that Jack Tucker has joined the firm as Senior Project Manager.
He has over 27 years of experience in various levels of management and administration. A press release states that he will be a key member of the GBB Guam Receivership Project Team with Tucker being quoted saying, "I am very excited to have this opportunity to bring by years of waste management experience to Guam and the GBB Team."
