Subj: Guam Integrated Military Development Plan

1. Attached is the Guam Integrated Military Development Plan (GIMDP) approved on 11 July 2006 by the Commander, U.S. Pacific Command. This document contains the operational force laydown requirements for military development expected to occur on Guam over the next decade and beyond. It includes those forces relocated from Okinawa under the United States - Japan Roadmap for Realignment Implementation of May 2006, and other forces being moved due to individual service actions.

2. This document is not a master plan and does not specify individual facility or infrastructure projects or direct service programming actions. Additional detailed service and joint planning will be required to develop these specific facility and infrastructure requirements. Further, the GIMDP does not imply or assume completed or planned budget or fiscal authorizations.
