Guam - The U.S. Navy held a ceremony this morning for the completion of its brand new housing units in old Apra. And as PNC's Nick Delgado reports the project is similar to the type of housing the marines can expect during the military buildup.
The remaining homes are scheduled for completion by June. The Navy will also be holding an open house for the public this weekend.
