Guam - While most residents on Guam anticipate an increase in revenue following the impending military buildup, others remain concerned about the negative impacts it may have on our island. PNC's Nick Delgado spoke with a professor from Okinawa who explains his countries experience and what Guam has in store for the next 5 years.
The relocation of the marines to Guam is still scheduled for completion by 2014.
